How do I turn a photo into a sticker?
Tap the + button and photograph a place, object, meal, or moment—or choose an existing image. Magnetz lifts the subject and files the sticker under the city you choose.
A capture did not lift cleanly. What can I do?
Try the automatic extraction again, refine the cut-out by hand, or keep the capture. Your original photo stays with the capture so a failed extraction does not erase the moment.
Do I need an account?
No visible sign-in is required. Magnetz creates a private installation identity and stores its credential securely on your device.
How does Premium work?
Your first city is included. Magnetz Premium unlocks unlimited cities, pins, and friends, plus new backgrounds and features first. The App Store shows the exact price in your region before purchase.
How do I cancel or manage a subscription?
On iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Magnetz, and manage the plan there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the current paid period ends.
I paid, but Premium is not showing.
Open the Magnetz paywall and tap Restore. If the entitlement has not appeared after a minute, email support@magnetzapp.com.
How do friends and visibility work?
People can find each other by @tag or QR code. Your profile, cities, and collages each have their own Everyone, Friends only, or Only me setting. You can remove or block someone at any time.
Can I remove precise locations?
Yes. In Settings → Location, remove precise coordinates while keeping the city labels. You can also skip location permission and choose a city by hand.
How do I export or delete my data?
Use Settings → Your data to export a copy or permanently delete your profile, cities, stickers, collages, friendships, and stored photos from the service.
Does Magnetz work offline?
Saved collections remain available offline. Captures that cannot upload stay in an outbox and retry when the service is reachable again.
