Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Eiras Labs LLC ("Eiras Labs", "we", "us") governing the Magnetz mobile app, this website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use an online service, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Magnetz for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Your installation identity

Magnetz does not require an email or password to begin. It creates a private installation identity and credential stored on your device. You are responsible for access to that device. Because there is no traditional login, losing the installation credential may mean losing access to the collection associated with it.

3. The Service

Magnetz lets you create city stickers from photos, organize them into collages and a world map, and share selected collection views with friends. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend parts of the Service for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons.

4. Magnetz Premium subscriptions

Your first city is included. Magnetz Premium unlocks unlimited cities, pins, and friends, plus access to new backgrounds and features as described in the app. Weekly and yearly auto-renewing plans may be offered. The exact price and currency shown by the App Store at the time of purchase control.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The plan renews automatically for the selected duration unless you cancel before the renewal is processed.
• Apple shows renewal pricing and manages billing, refunds, price-consent notices, and subscription changes under its rules.
• You can manage or cancel under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewal; paid access continues through the current billing period.
• Use Restore in Magnetz to resynchronize a qualifying purchase with the installation.

Where we show U.S. examples, the current reference prices are $3.99 per week and $29.99 per year. Local App Store pricing may differ. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, stickers, collages, profile material, and other content you provide. You grant Eiras Labs a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transform, and display that content only as necessary to operate, protect, and support the Service according to your visibility choices. The licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup expiry and legal obligations. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Magnetz to break the law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; harass or impersonate people; distribute sexually exploitative, hateful, or malicious material; probe or bypass security; overload the Service; scrape non-public data; or reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly allows it. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to enforce these rules or protect people and the Service.

7. Eiras Labs property

The Service, Magnetz name and branding, design system, software, and non-user content belong to Eiras Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, personal, revocable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.

8. Third-party services

Apple, RevenueCat, Replicate, Render, Cloudflare, OpenAI Sites, and other providers help deliver parts of the Service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party products we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect extraction of every subject, or permanent preservation of content. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eiras Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising from the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Magnetz and delete the collection at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, risk to other people or the Service, a legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.

12. Apple-specific terms

For copies obtained through the App Store, these Terms are between you and Eiras Labs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Magnetz or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions. Your use must also comply with the applicable Apple Media Services terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Magnetz evolves. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the date above will be revised. These Terms are governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country. Questions can be sent to support@magnetzapp.com.
